Wiki

The Wiki is your organization's shared knowledge. Everyone in the org reads it, and so does every agent and every person's Avi, so the same facts and the same playbooks steer all of them. It is in every project and every agent.

Three kinds of page

  • Knowledge: what is true about the company, such as products, pricing, policies, your voice, and where things live.
  • Skills: how a kind of work is done, step by step. Agents follow these playbooks when the work comes up. Skills live only here.
  • People: one page per person in the org: their role, what they own, what they approve, and how to reach them. Everyone gets one when they join.

How Avi uses it

When a topic comes up, Avi searches the wiki and reads the page it needs before it answers or acts, instead of guessing. Ask it things like "what's our refund window?" or "who approves discounts?"

Changing a page

  • You edit pages directly in the Wiki: open a page and choose Edit.
  • Avi and your agents never edit a page. They propose a change, and a person accepts or rejects it. Ask Avi "update the pricing page, the Team plan is $60 now" and it proposes exactly that change, with a one-line reason.
  • Proposed changes wait on the Review tab. Each shows what would change, line by line. Accept and the page updates; Reject with a note and it closes.
  • An agent working on its own asks the page's owner to approve the change, in their Needs you list.
  • If you can't edit a page, choose Suggest a change and its owner decides.

Owners and reviews

Every page has an owner who answers for it. A person page belongs to its person. When a page hasn't been checked in a while, or a change waits on its owner, the owner hears about it. Mark reviewed says the page is still right.

Sharing

Pages are shared with the whole org by default, and everyone in the org can edit them. A page's owner can limit it to a few people under Sharing. Then only those people can find it, at the level you give them: Can view or Can edit.

Good to know

  • Deleting a page is permanent and always asks first.
  • Skills written before the wiki are skill pages now, private to the project that had them: yours only you see, and an agent's only its people see. Share one under Sharing when others should have it.
