Support

Email support@avi.run with questions about your account, your organization, apps, or anything that isn't working. Include your organization name and, if something failed, what you were doing when it happened.

Billing

Billing questions and payment disputes go to support@avi.run. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. The account owner manages the subscription, payment method, auto-refill and spend cap in Settings → Billing.

Security

If you discover a security vulnerability, report it to support@avi.run before public disclosure. SOC 2 Type II reports for Serverless Inc. are requested from the Serverless Inc. Trust Center. Certifications and data handling are summarized on the Trust page.

Privacy requests

To exercise your privacy rights, email support@avi.run. California residents should include "CCPA Request" in the subject line; EU and UK residents should include "GDPR Request". Business customers who need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can request one at the same address. See the Privacy Policy for details.
