Meetings

Avi can create meeting scheduling links — public booking pages where anyone can pick a time with you, like a lightweight Calendly built into your project.

Just ask in chat:

"Create a 30-minute intro-call scheduling link, weekdays 9–5 my time"

Avi creates the link and gives you its URL (avi.tools/m/…). Share it with anyone — no Avi account needed on their side. The URL is a long random token that can't be guessed, and you can ask Avi to disable it at any time.

You can set:

  • Title and description — what the booking page shows.
  • Duration — meeting length (default 30 minutes).
  • Availability — weekly windows in your timezone (default Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00).
  • How far out — how many days ahead people can book (default 14).

Booking

Visitors see your open times in their own timezone, pick one, and leave their name, email, and an optional note. A time can only be booked once — taken slots disappear from the page.

What happens on a booking

Every confirmed booking is posted to your project as an event, so:

  • It shows up in your project's Updates feed.
  • Background agents can react to it — for example, automatically send a calendar invite, email a confirmation, or log the person in your CRM. Ask Avi: "when someone books a meeting, add it to my Google Calendar and email them an invite."

Ask Avi to list your scheduling links or upcoming bookings any time.
